Fitness Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Former Elite Athlete.
Jess is an expert in her field with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from Loughborough University, one of the top sporting universities in the world. She also has over 500 hours worth of Yoga Teacher Training Certifications. After retiring from competitive swimming and developing her yoga practice and knowledge, Jess has trained thousands of people all over the world, helping them become the best versions of themselves possible.
